RUFFORD PARISH COUNCIL

VACANCY FOR A COUNCILLOR

There is vacancy on the above Parish Council in the Rufford Ward caused by

Resignation of Councillor Jayne Rear

  1. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if within 14 days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a Bank Holiday) from the date below ten electors for the ward/parish give notice in writing claiming such an election to be held to the Returning Officer, West Lancashire Borough Council, 52 Derby Street, Ormskirk, L39 2DF.

 

  1. If no such notice is given the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
